Bellyflop Bay is designed to be playable without an account, internet connection, advertising, or analytics.

Data collection

Bellyflop Bay does not automatically collect or transmit personal data to the developer or an app backend. It does not sell or rent personal data. The app contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, social-login SDK, or third-party tracking technology, and it makes no network requests.

What stays on your device

The game stores high scores, caught-fish totals, unlocked cosmetic styles, ENTRY progress, Daily Drift records, daily-goal progress, and sound, haptic, motion, and contrast preferences locally on your device. This information is used only to provide the game and is never transmitted to us. Removing the app may remove this locally stored information.

Sharing

If you tap Share, Bellyflop Bay opens the standard iOS share sheet with score text and a generated score image. Nothing is shared unless you choose a destination. The selected app or service handles that content under its own privacy policy.

Support communications

If you choose to email support, we receive the information you include so we can respond and troubleshoot. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or unnecessary personal information. You may request deletion of a support conversation by emailing support@bellyflopbay.com, subject to legal retention requirements.

Children

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children through gameplay. A parent or guardian should contact support on a child's behalf.

Changes

If a future update adds online services or changes these practices, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
